ADA Lawsuit Fundraiser

The ADA lawsuit against the City and County of Sacramento has progressed to the deposition phase. This crucial step involves formal interviews with City and County officials, which come with significant costs.

Your donation can make a meaningful difference by supporting efforts to ensure safe and accessible sidewalks for everyone—helping disabled individuals regain their mobility, children walking to school, and seniors maintaining their independence.

Contributions to cover legal expenses incurred by Attorney Louis Demas for this Federal Class Action Lawsuit will be managed through Friends of East Sacramento.

Together, we can create a safer, more accessible community for all.

Checks can be made out to Friends of East Sacramento.

Please put a memo that this is for the ADA Lawsuit.
